导入pytorch后，报错[WinError 127] 找不到指定的程序。

pytorch前一阵还能正常使用，最近安装了一些新东西之后就出现了这个错误：[WinError 127] 找不到指定的程序。 Error loading “D:downloadanocondaenvspytorch-gpulibsite-packagestorchlibtorch_cuda.dll” or one of its dependencies.
原因：使用pip install transformers安装了transformers
我也不知道为啥，用anoconda创建了几个环境进行对比，发现使用以上命令的pytorch环境均会出现[找不到指定的程序]的错误。
后来尝试使用pip install transformers -i https://pypi.doubanio.com/simple进行安装，问题解决，不再报错。
